Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods or product launches.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

 

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as Canada Post or other reliable shipping services. Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and package size.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method.  Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.

Rose Creek Whipped Tallow is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

 

Order Accuracy & Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your order details, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, Rose Creek Whipped Tallow is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

 

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will do our best to assist you.

 

Local Pickup (if applicable)

If local pickup is offered, details and instructions will be provided at checkout or via email after purchase.
